Parkwood: A good place to live, but we need your help.....
Parkwood Estate is an established thriving and prosperous neighborhood. Yet, we are determined to make this community one of the best neighborhoods in Nashville/Davidson County.
We are proud of our past accomplishments. Since January, 1996 our homeowners' association has been successful in stopping 18 wheelers from parking on Brick Church Pike.,and issued citations, resulting in the removal or approximately 40 abandoned automobiles from our community. We were also very successful in a campaign to replace the front entrance sign that had been in place for over forty years. As a member you will receive a newsletter published every two months, highlighting events that further serves to keep you informed of the neighborhood happenings.

Parkwood Homeowners' Assn.
Parkwood Estates Homeowners' Association cordially welcomes you to the community.

This organization has been in existence since 1960 and was formally called Parkwood Men's Club, until the mid 1970s when the name was changed to its present name. The association meets six times per year and holds its regular membership meeting on the last Monday of every other month, beginning in January of each year. This non-profit organization's primary goals are to stimulate growth, and to foster identity, community, spirit, civic and unity pride of the neighborhood . The other goal is to provide an organization by which members may exercise greater control over the economic, political and social forces which influence the quality of life within the community.
