Parkwest/The Ridge
General Information
The Parkwest/The Ridge subdivision was built between 1976 and 1978 by Parkwest, Inc. Nestled at the top of a ridge between Garrison Street and the Carmody Recreation Center, Jewell Ave and the edge of the ridge, home owners enjoy privacy and comfortable suburban living.
The Houses
The subdivision features well built single family one, two and split level houses, with stone or brick exteriors. When built, all houses featured shake roofing. Most houses feature upgraded features, which vary from house to house.
The Neighborhood
Ammenities are close at hand. Grocery stores and other shops are within a five minute's drive. Mall shopping is within a ten minute's drive. Close enough to downtown for a less than 30 minute commute, but far enough away to avoid the congestion, Parkwest/The Ridge is the right community for comfortable and convenient lifestyles.
