I've just received a notice from the ABC Board to Councilman Walker that a hearing has been scheduled before the ABC Board for Thurs., Oct. 25th, 4:30pm, to review Ms. Fraga's (current owner of the Vinyard) Notice of
Intent Application (to have the adjoining property East of the Vinyard on Coursey Blvd zoned C-AB-1 for alocohol sales). Anyone wishing to oppose this application should be
present at the hearing (if you could, you might want to advise your
