PARKVIEW OAKS DEED RESTRICTIONS

Parking

It is a violation of the Baton Rouge Munincipal Code to park a vehicle on any portion of yard between the sidewalk and the front door.
It is also a violation to park on the neutral ground overnight.

The Baton Rouge City Police will ticket violators.

Parkview Oaks Deed Restrictions prohibit the parking of any vehicle on the street overnight.

Loud Music / Noise

Any loud music or noise that is disturbing to you could be considered "disturbing the peace".

Please respect your neighbors and control noise in the neighborhood...especially after 10:00 PM.
