Solid Waste Set Out Times and Ordinance

Refuse containers, recycling bins, and any other waste intended for pickup cannot be placed at the curb before Noon Tuesday. Empty containers must be removed from the curb no later than Noon Thursday and stored out of sight from viewing from the street. This excludes leaves in the fall. Any violation of set out times and/or storage will result in a $25 fine for the first offense and a $50 fine for each subsequent offense over the next 12 months.
