1) Unit Description (1bd, 2bd et)
2) Approx unit Size in SqFt (if known)
3) Any amenities (eg, free parking, laundry)
4) Address (don't need to provide me your unit # if you don't want, but I'll need a street address)
5) Length of Residencey
6) Monthly Rent
