I've produced or directed programming at all the local stations. For the past 8 years I've worked almost exclusively as a videographer for America's Cup racing teams. Its great work and has led to some great friendships.

sailing - well sailboat racing - has been a passion for more than 20 years. I've raced in big boats and dinghies. I've seen my son and daughter win their dinghy Class Jr. National Championship. I'm still working on winning my Fleet Championship.

Berkeley as a Community

I think we need to bring Berkeley back to its roots -- well the roots I hoped to plant when I first arrived here in 1963. It was before ''peace and love'' but not before the sense that Berkeley is a unique community and that it is that sense of community that we need to foster and nourish if Berkeley is going to be all it can be.
