About our association

Palmer Woods

The Palmer Woods Association is the focal point for neighborhood issues such as special events, subcommittees (such as the Historical committee), and important news affecting the neighborhood. It is responsible for common area maintenance, snow plowing of the streeets, and holding the annual Holiday Home Tour and other social events. We hold an annual meeting to elect new officers and review the past year's events and accomplishments. The current membership dues are $105/year.
