So you are saying the rezoning of this property was not a function of the Township Trustees? Are you also saying that all of the growth and the over extended Sewer and Water Lines are function of the County not the Township Trustees?

So if he County regional planning is responsible?

Who is on that commission?

It is none other than Bill Yaple the township operations manager who also has a family farm in Bloom township to get rezoned. So us poor saps in the township have exactly zero control on any anything that affects our zoning or your future and our quality of life other than to complain.

Why do we pay these trustees that much money?

I will send them my bill for my extra gas to Kroger and that is another problem of why the damn gas at the Township Kroger is higher than the Pickerington City Kroger.

Refugee needs to be 5 lanes now

Dear Quityerbitchin

What short sighted people like yourself always never understand is that doing Band-Aid work like turing lane restrictions in the name of safety NEVER works.

For people that forget history they are always doomed to repeat it. Obviously the Sabatino gene pool has been spread over the entire community. It took since 1997 to get the Diley road widening underway. It will take another FOUR years for the Diley Road widening project to be completed. The city is doing a huge section of the widening and that part of the road is still in the township. I suspect because of the inabilities of our Trusting Trustees.

I remember Mike Sabatino saying Diley Road will last years before it needs to be ''widened''. He even posted it on a web site. I challenge people that think like that to drive down that road in rush hour and still say adding turn lanes or restricting turning will help the traffic volume.

Refugee Road NEEDS TO BE FIVE LANES NOW!!!!

The idiots at the Township have allowed development after development with NO thought to traffic. They have had to beg, borrow and steal to get a traffic signal at Refugee and Pickerington Roads. If you idiots are going to restrict my left turns during off peak hours what are you idiots going to do with the hundreds of teenage drivers coming out of the High School with no traffic light? I will match my 48 year driving record against any of those two year driving records coming out of the Taj Mahal in peak hours.

If you are going to build a condo development then it should be complete and provide the means for us to go shopping and do other required errands. The point here is just plan poor planning on the part of the trustees and the county engineer. They are continuing to screw up by not planning ahead with doing a permanent fix for Refugee Road.
