My reply: What in SAM HILL does the Track & Field facility at the biggest university in Ohio have to do with ANY facility on Pickerington? According to their website The Ohio State University is the second largest in the country. (Enrollment Autum 2000 - 47,952) They just might be able to justify an extra lane.

You wrote: ''It's 9 lanes. GROW UP !!!''

My reply: I checked my drivers license, yup, I?’m all growed up. :-}

You wrote: ''There is not 7 additional feet to make the track wider without impacting the field.''

My reply: So, because of POOR PLANNING on the part of our school administration, the CENTRAL kids will just have to do with less than the more important kids at the Golden Palace. Why wasn't there a stadium complex built @ Central when the Golden Palace went up? For the amount spent up north we should have been able to build two decent complexes. (Count in the ball fields, practice fields, practice track and whatever else I failed to mention)

Just maybe the school administration should have thought about what they were creating when they went ahead and created the great divide between the two schools.

Oh, believe me Tax Payer Too, I am fed up with how our school administration has spent the money entrusted to it. You see, I blame the administration much more than the school board. They are supposed to be the professionals. The school board on the other hand, while responsible to the voters must rely upon the professionals it employs for reliable information.

Indoor Track at Central

Don't forget to count the lanes on the indoor track that Central has in it's field house. North doesn't have that.
The New Bus Facility

Oh man I forgot about the field house. However if the North High School dosen't have one then to make everything equal lets turn that field house into a bus barn garage and get our buses back into this county at least. I am sure if the North HS kids can live without a field house then the Central HS kids can live withour one.

Supposed to be w/in PLSD

That's the plan - the new company as part of their contract is supposed to build a bus barn in the district. I haven't seen anything solid about a location - has anyone?

Should be some type of fuel savings not having to go all the way to 310 for the buses.

My car is on fumes waiting for the price of gas to drop!
