Terry/Harry's large land tracts
I have seen several statements on this site about the large pieces of land they own.
According to a township land map, Harry just purchased about sixteen acres. Harry's father owns about sixty-four acres. Terry owns about eighteen acres. There is other Dunlap land but it does not belong to Terry, believe it is an uncle or something.

I am glad you point out the relatively small tracts of land these two trustees own.
Let me see Lee Gray had what when he entered publis service and he now owns a $2.3 Million shopping plaza.
Joyce Bushman owned her home in Pickerington worth maybe $250K when she took office. Now she owns a $1.2 Million office building. Plus a very powerful new job with the City of Columbus for $92K per year. They claim she will only be supervising Columbus city employees on projects I bet a dollar to a donut that BIA influence got her the job. Since you are so good at public record searchs pull out the campaign donations for Mayor Coleman and post them also. Post Terry and Harry's donations while you are at it.
Those that are elected here locally need to respond to our citizens. If they don't then they need to have the same lime light on them as Bushman and Gray.

LOCAL HISTORY
Your logic is quite flawed. Both the Myers and Dunlaps have been in the community quite a long time and have owned their properties for quite a long time. The Dunlaps have been owned their property since at least the early 40's. The Myers bought their farm in the early 60's, if not before.
Do not compare them to a public employee who entered into private options and an elected person who went to work for a developer before allowed by the required period of time by law. Both of them worked to get properties zoned for their benefit.

Oldtimers never work out
Longevity in the community doesn't make them smart or honest. Good examples are Lou Postage on council 20 years, Randy Hughes grew up in Pickerington, Lyle Diley has been here since the beginning of dirt. Yet these men did some of the stupidest moves against our community because they could be manipulated.
I will chronicle their screw ups later and closer to the election.
