Dispatch is not always on target

Yes, it seems the dispatch has the facts a little off. But, it happens. (I don't know Gray Berry.) I think we all need to attend some of the meetings to see what is going on. There is a lot of talk, but little action. If you listen to Billy Wright, he seems to know his stuff. Why else would one want to quiet him down? Maybe my head is in the sand, but walking in new to this and seeing what I'm seeing, I think I'm going have to listen to what this Wright guy is talking about. Maybe pay a little closer attention to his concerns. What we do today is what makes our tomorrow, not what happend 3 years ago. It's too late for that, lets look to bigger and brighter things like our kids education and the sorts. And by the way, where can I get a free tank of gas? lol ;)

Good Idea

I just cant get enough of this discussion. It seems it may be with myself, but we don't care. lol

I think it is an excellent idea to air the dirty laundry. I truly think that is an excellent idea. Problem is who's going go first? Should we go from Top to Bottom (Mayor to Janitor), or from Bottom to Top (Janitor to Mayor) they all have secrets. WE all have secrets. It would be like a soap oprea. As the city turns, or maybe a movie ''How the council was won''. No, I like sports better than soaps or movies. Let's not kid ourselves here, that would be an interesting game of soccer!

Do we have a new city manager?

So far I haven't heard if we have ever hired a new city manager. Are the three lonesomes still being road blocks in hiring a new manager? Has the gang of four over come their objections?

These guys are trying to block any actions from the newly elected council. I suspect they are taking their marching orders from Joyce. She is driving the efforts to get in the way of the new administration. She wants her palace back along with all of the perks lost.


I think there needs to be an other great effort next year to rid us once and for all of these clowns.

The 3rd reading occurred last Friday night. Doug was not present so the vote was 4-2. So we do have a new city manager.
