I can't help but say I told you so. Now that the township has had their hearing on the 214 houses on route 204 how about the NEW project for the property on Refugee Road acrossed from Huntington Hills? I understand the plan is to place another 400 more homes in there. The property has been recently sold. Can anyone tell us the name of the developers/buyers? They are still in the stage of talking with adjacent neighbors. They will be coming the trustees way soon. Clearly this is a direct reaction from the county rebuilding the Huntington Hills waste water plant to fix the Covered Bridge sewage problems. I guess the score now is townhip 600 houses City zero.
You people in the township are still making Parker look like genius.
I am hearing rumors of other project about to break open. Please review the merger information below.

Terry and Harry
These two trustees are all for this project. They have all said pubically that residential development is a money maker for the township. They both own farms and are waiting their turn to cash out. Can we afford to have them in office another year? They will approve all of the developments and the only way we can stop them is to run referendums.
Your 100 days of R & R are over it is time to hold some people's feet to the fire.

Sounds like the Bushman group
It would be nice to see who is writing these kind of letters. Could it be that it is the deposed City guys trying to start up a war in the township? As to the 204 development being referenced, if it is the one on 204 between Pickerington Road and Ault Road, I would wish more of that kind to be built. Drove around there the other night and it is low density, high quality. Go see for yourself.

Have you seen the transfer?
Haven't seen a transfer in the paper. Have you seen the development plans with 400 houses? The township is committed to about two houses per acre, so with around 100 A. in that development, it does not seem that there will be 400 houses. Also, the plan has to get past the zoning board even before the trustees get to vote. Attend the zoning meeting before you get too riled up.
