I think we all know what the ''flaw'' is in the system :) Doug was part of inventing the flaw and new people have been elected and appointed to fix the flaw.

Can I Hope??

...that this council will work together regardless of thier personal beliefs at least? :) My larger ''fear'' is Wright. At least Parker was honest in his dissension, but voted with the majority. Wright? He is a different type and one that I trust not even a little bit. I feel for this council and the mess they've inherited. At least we can presume that they will do thier best to do what thier voters want. Still, I'm not opposed to opposition and discussion. the problem with the last council was that they followed thier own agenda regardless of the voters wants en masse... All issues should be discussed from both sides and that is a healthy thing. It's okay for some to disagree. You'll never find 7 people to fully agree on any issue.
