ORDINANCE 2003-108, ?“AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $490,000 OF NOTES BY THE CITY OF PICKERINGTON, OHIO, IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING PART OF THE COST OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS KNOWN AS THE HILL ROAD CONNECTOR, SPECIFICALLY, ACQUIRING REAL ESTATE AND ENGINEERING DESIGN THEREFOR,?” Second Reading, Wright.

This meeting will provide the money to purchase the Bus Repair Barn on North Center Street and have land available to complete the road to no where from Hill Road North down along the Rail Line. This is just one last grasp by Daryl?’s boys to enhance his property along the rail line by completing the road. Just to North Center Street only. I guess it is time for the referendums to start circulating. They are purchasing the land for $390,000 and they want another $100,000 for ?“ENGINEERING STUDIES?”. Clearly they are going to screw the Pickerington Tax payer one last time before leaving office. In addition to the land purchase it will cost the Pickerington Tax Payers another $700,000 to build the road. This property has never been appraised because it does have a brown field which means it is suitable to becoming a parking lot. Maybe before these idiots spend more of the Pickerington Tax Dollars we hire some one to do an environmental study PRIOR to purchasing the property?

It is important for the citizens of Pickerington to show up and let your elected leaders know how you feel. They have seen the election reports and they know how you feel already. Apparently they don?’t give a rats ass about how you feel. Please try to waste your time once more.

Bill Fannin keeping his friends

Guess Bill Fannin didn't loose his friends by sueing them (along with the BIA) over the citizen voted and approved zoning. Now his Council friends (and Mayor) are willing to buy him more road to the Parade of Homes. Is this an example of a ''taking'' of public funds for private gains? As far as Daryl goes we already ''know'' this is past election pay-back! So nice that Stilson can milk the tit of the public coffers one more time for their past funding of campaigns for Wright 'n Parker!!
