Why join our Homeowners Association?

We hope you want to be part of your neighborhood.  The main OHHA Objectives are: 

• To protect and promote the welfare of the homeowners. 
• To advance the mutual interests of the homeowners in person and property.
• To maintain a wholesome, healthy, and secure environment in the area.

We collect dues to manage our biggest expense, grass cutting on the islands and fertilizer.    

We write and print a newsletter to keep you informed of what is going on with the association.  This is your newsletter so if you have something to add, an experience with a good service such as a painter, plumber etc.  Or tell us about an experience with the city.  Just email Edie Vrooman at edithvrooman@comcast.net your newsletter editor.    

We hope this covers your needs and desires.   So please join us and share in the expense and pride of  a  good neighborhood.    We have kept dues at $60.00 per household.  We hope memberships go up, so we can continue to do these services for a reasonable amount.
