We specialize in personalized fitness programs. The owner is certified in execise physiology and is very knowlegable and experienced in working with individuals that have Multiple Sclerosis.
On Site Massage
On site we have a massage therapist that is certified in Lypossage, a cellulite reduction massage. She also offers relaxation massage, hot stone massage, and inch-loss wraps.
No Wait Cardio Room
One on One has a large cardio room for a training facility. No wait for the treadmill!
