Mr Norris, the majority of the homeowners have not proven that they want an HOA.  34 votes is 14% of the homeowners.  A lack of a vote by a homeowner does not count as a "yes" or "no" vote.  The "Or, you can move" statement is unprofessional and not respective of a board member.

based on the vote no, based on the postive support via phone call and e-mail and just talking to the people i would say you are in the minority. 

the lack of a vot does not count as a yes or no vote.  that is true.  not sure where that came from but it is true.

if no resolution can be found moving is an option.  was not being ugly.  just making sure you understand the options here.

It is not up to you to dictate or formulate that persons options.  Maybe moving is really not an option for that person.
