Mr. Gandy when the question was asked of you about Section C at the last meeting you said they were all included.  You did not tell the truth.

You lied. I do not appreciate being lied to.

Am I reading correctly in your Feb. 15th letter that is posted on this forum that you are putting the Section C non-member dues in a special account so you can refund it?

I would like my dues back too. I don't think it is fair for me to pay when the people who started this whole unwanted HOA are in Section C and they do not have to pay.

The only fair thing to do is to refund EVERYONE their dues and dissolve this HOA.

I have no respect for you and the handful of others who have forced this unwanted HOA on those of us who are unfortunate to have purchased in the wrong section.

When people read this message board they will not want to live here where an unfair HOA exists.

Is that your house is for sale Mr. Gandy?  You start all this HOA mess along with Section C and then you move?

Be sure and tell the prospective buyers of your house that THEY will have to pay while OTHERS do not and see if your house sells.  I am sure that will go over real well.  Be sure and put this on your seller's disclosure in the section where it asks about the HOA.

I think some nice yard signs warning prospective buyers that they are buying into a mess of a neighborhood due to an unfair HOA will be in order.

This HOA needs to be dissoved immediately and EVERYONE'S dues should be refunded and not just the lucky few in Section C.

This message board was a great idea. It helps to vent.

My wife, Emily, went to the Northwood Hills Property Owners Association meeting last summer at City Hall.  She stood up and addressed Chris Tong (section C homeowner) directly.  She asked for Chris Tong to produce a bank account ledger and receipts for the $5000.00 that was given by the builder, Reeves Williams.  Chris Tong did not respond to my wife.  So, the $5000.00 needs to be accounted for.  I do not think that the common areas have been cut once with that $5000.00 (not that it needs it).  The common areas are not parks, tennis courts or clubhouses.  The common areas are 10 foot wide strips of land, two easements that divide the old section from the new, a 4 acre wooded area that you cant do anything with and have taken care of themselves over the past 10 years just fine.  Yes, the disscussion area is good, and is a wonderful instrument to hear the true voice of the community.

First off, the $5000 did not come from Reeves Williams.  It came from the original developer.  Sorry, I can't think of his name at this moment, but I have talked to him personally about this.  Second, some of the money did go to mowing common areas.  I called Chris Tong myself to have it mowed several years ago, and he did.  Third, the common areas are 10' wide areas that get very overgrown and most definitely need to be taken care of on a regular basis.

I will agree with you that the discussion area is good but for different reasons.  I think it's very entertaining.
