The Northwind Farms II subdivision of Baltimore County was established in 1990. Developed by Ryan Homes and consisting of approximately 65 homesites, the development is located midway between Carney and Perry Hall. The trademark of the community is the friendly, family atmosphere that exists among neighbors.

Conveniences are abundant with many schools, stores, churches and shopping centers within a five minute drive of the development. The hub of the shopping district, The White Marsh Town Center is easily accessable, again, with a short drive. Also, many businesses are relocating to The White Marsh Business District which has seen phenominal growth over the last several years.

Although the surrounding area still continues to develop, Northwind Farms II can be viewed as an established Baltimore County community. Certainly it is an area where neighbors care about one another and "Family" is important.
