Neighborhood Watch in Northern Division

Welcome to to Neighborhood Watch for Northern Division-San Diego Police Dept. Our division went online with this website so we can keep our members up to date on the Neighborhood Watch issues that affect our communities.

Northern Division serves the communities of Carmel Valley, La Jolla, Clairemont, University city, Bacy Ho, Bay Park, Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. There are currently over 400 registered block captains for our Neighborhood Watch groups.

This website is to help existing Block Captains and future Block Captains with the meetings they hold for their groups. It is also a resource tool for information.

Included on this website are links to websites that may be of use to our Neighborhood Watch groups. The links to these sites offer a variety of crime prevention tools. Some also may provide free brochures for your groups. Please visit the ones that interest you and share their information with your members.

About our association

Northern Division

The Neighborhood Watch groups of Northern Division are dedicated to:
*Improving their neighborhoods through
community pride.
*Assist in improving the safety and well being of
all persons within their community boundaries in
crime prevention, traffic safety, zoning and
environmental issues.
*To work with the local governmental officials to
help solve problems and help maintain and
upgrade the quality of life for all residents of
the Northern Division Neighborhood Watch area.

Northern Division's boundaries are from the ''south tip'' of Del Mar, Carmel Valley, La Jolla, University City, Clairemont, Bay Ho, Bay Park, Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. The substation is located at 4275 Eastgate Mall. The front counter is opened Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm. The phone number is 858 552-1700.
