Based on information provided by your power company, you can expect power to be restored by 8:45 PM. We’ll update you if this timeline changes.

Once power is back on, your Spectrum service should return immediately. However, if your service remains offline, our technicians will work to fix the disruption as soon as it is safe to do so.

There is no need to contact customer service during the outage, as these communications include the latest updates.
