Happy Abraham Lincoln's  201st birthday.   The "Valley Breeze" reported the city of Pawtucket may consider placing cameras and stronger lighting into the parking garage on Main Street.  The story does not report of any crimes that occur in the parking garage.  Being homeless is not a crime, at last check.  The homeless need to reside somewhere on cold, winter nights.

By the way, I think I spotted a small homeless camp near the downtown area.  Whatever happened to the 40 residents of Providence's Camp Hope?

That would be the hope that there were facilities that have taken them in

Dear Arthur,

Some merchants on Main Street are really nervous about the darkness of the parking garage and the sparse pedestrian traffic on Main Street.  I know one or two large teenage boys that could work as paid customer escorts to the garage.
