The purpose of this alliance is to represent neighborhoods, individuals and organizations on issues related to Municipal, County, State, or Federal governmental functions; to provide consevation of neighborhoods; and to promote communication between its members and various municipal, county, state and/or federal governmental departments regarding issues which might impact the safety, integrity and economic security of neighborhoods.
