I wanted to thank the lady who lives on Northside or Brighton who cared so much for the Pitbull in Bringhurst Woods. She bought hay and food and brought blankets to care for the abandoned dog. She sat with him for hours trying to coax him into coming with her. I saw on channel 6 tonight(March 10) the dog has beencaught and is being cared for at a shelter. Thank you, for your good heart!

Hi, Thank you! It was really several of us who live on Northside Dr. that pitched in to care for her through the winter. After several months we were fortunate to have other caring souls from the surrounding community join the effort. After 5 months we were finally successful in trapping and transferring her to a veterinary hopsital for treatment then to Faithful Friends Shelter. She will have her broken leg surgically mended next week.

Quarry has already been adopted along with her new buddy Maggie (also from the shelter). They now has a safe warm forever home! The perfect ending!

Faithful Friends is accepting donations in Quarry's name to help offset the surgical costs which F.F. is covering.
