North City Park Civic Association
Our Neighborhood organization
As the official neighborhood residents organization of the skyline community, the NCPCA as been active for more then 30 years.
Services Provided
The NCPCA provides monthly information meetings with guest speakers on all community issues such as public works, seniors and school programs.
Resources
The NCPCA writes grants and sponsors activities for neighborhood quality of life improvement. Such programs include the Buddy system for senior shut-ins, and a computer information center for members.
