Northwest Bayside Civic Association

History of Northwest Bayside

Neighborhood was known for having a Golf course called Bayside Golf Links (converted to housing in mid 20th century). The neighborhood has been inhabited since the late 1700's, by a series of owners.

Who are we?

The Northwest Bayside Civic Association is your local community organization. The civic association began in 2004 as the Northwest Clearview homeowners association - as a number homeowners joined together to improve their community. As a member, you can have your voice heard and help preserve and improve our neighborhood. The NBCA is a community group that is inclusive, transparent, and wants to hear from you. The mission of the NBCA is to provide all community residents a forum in order to handle and tackle local quality of life issues.

How do you reach us?

The NBCA is also a way to meet all your neighbors and talk with local leaders and city officials who make your community run properly. We have quarterly meetings to discuss local issues, please join us.
