And please hiroad, don't forget that in the middle of the presser yesterday w/ canada and mexico's leaders the pos potus decides to attack the scotus claiming that "unelected persons" should not be able to throw out legislation that was democratically passed in a bi-partisan decision. Say what? Is that some fancy way of shoving it to the folks? Many say it was shoved down our throats, while many of us claim it was another region of our anatomy. I clearly remember the democrats meeting behind closed, guarded doors with no republicans or media allowed. This after the candidate obama promised 'transparency' and that all bills would be viewed on c-span and all legislation would appear online for a minimum of 3 days. yada, yada, yada

As to the verbal attack on the scotus - did obama forget that there is a judicial branch of the government. They may be unelected persons, but appointed by elected persons and serve to protect the essence of the United States Constitution.
