The Wisconsin State Supreme Court says judge that stopped law from going into effect "usurped legislative power". That means the judge had no authority for the action she took. She should now be removed from the bench. They also ruled that no open meetings law was ever violated by Republicans as well. Dumb-ass democrats, anyway!

"In vacating Sumi's ruling, the Supreme Court ruled the judge had "usurped the legislative power which the Wisconsin Constitution grants exclusively to the legislature." The court also rejected arguments that Republicans violated Wisconsin's open meetings law".

Whenever I see the reports from Madison, I have the same questions about all of those people wandering around, hollering and waving signs. 

1.  Where do they work?

2.  How do they get off of work for days at a time to do this? 

3.  If they don't work, and are living off the government dime, what are they doing there?  Shouldn't they be out looking for work?

4.  If they're retired, why don't they want some reasonable limits put on the unions and their greedy leaders. 

5.  Are there free cheese curds available on the capital grounds?

Agree BB....there is a ridiculous aspect to all of this that should be easily recognizable by even the most liberal among us. 

I have to ask, Ned.  Where did you find it and can I buy one?
