If your criteria is to remove all judges who make a wrong decision according to a higher court, you'll soon have nearly all the judges removed. It's dippy.
I see you side-stepped the issue. The judge did not simply make a "wrong" decision. She acted with zero authority to make ANY such decision in this matter, as the higher court ruled. BIG DIFFERENCE! What happens when gross violators act with no authority to do so? Guess you're the dippy one, mallyman! Yes...I'm still laughing.
