You apparently have a high tolerance for stench or a poor ability to smell. Or "out here" is maybe twenty miles away. I can still smell it in West Liberty on occasion though. You're blessed. So now we know you live/work in West Liberty. Yet you complain about Muscatine pollution and other matters relative to Muscatine! Who the hell are you to complain about the fair city of Muscatine?
