It sounds as though GPC will be installing a "Bag House" in an effort to reduce the particulates being dumped on Muscatine Citizens. Boy, that is nice, if it works we may all be able to go outside and our children may be able to live a little longer. Does anyone believe GPC really cares? They may build it but will they use it? |
