So, lobbying is not okay with democraps? I'm sure that is news to a legion of lobbyists working for the dems.

Please refer to your earlier post. You are the one who brought up lobbying, saying that Newt was really lobbying, not consulting.


I brought up lobbying but said nothing about it being OK or not OK or whether I or Democrats (sp) felt it was OK.

So what brought that on?

I furnished more facts than the originator of this thread. What is it you all have a problem with, commie libs? No one has dispelled what I posted. You are parlaying back and forth on minutia...he is not a politician and his firm worked and was paid as a consultant in 2009. Now? you have problem?  The poster tried to infer that he "took" money...while it is public information that he earned it through his corporation.

Gee...go look at what Clinton and Al Gore has been doing since they left office! Easier to attach the "bribe" thing there!

Hey Repuppy; was the money you made for last year's work efforts with the company you work for, a bribe? Gingrich has not been a politician since 1999, and in 2009, his consulting firm was hired by Growth Energy and was paid a reported $312,500.00 for their consulting services.

 

Election 2012 is underway?... and you think the consulting he did in his private business in 2009 was a bribe? LMAO.

 

But, hey....don't let any real facts get in the way of your research-limited, liberal, and maniacal clouded mind!

Just how many businesses has his consulting firm consulted? Could this not just be a way to launder bribes? Just asking... #533dl9#  


BS bring up "real facts" but he gives us only one out of five sentences that's even close to a "real fact", the one I didn't underline.   In that one you have to substitute "lobbying" for "consulting"  to get a factual sentence.


Well, since I know and speak contractual law, which you have demonstrated you know nothing about, you just insulted Stanley's in Muscatine for all that diatribe you posted about them in an earlier post! LMAO! Stanley's is laundering bribes and creating hundreds of jobs by winning contracts in Muscatine! Right? So, when Stanley's are consulting...they really are lobbying; right? Afterall, mr. mallcontent is the expert on Stanley's here; right?

My spelling of democraps is intentional.

 

So don't say that Newt was lobbying when indeed his firm was paid for consulting. That is what "brought that on". No, you didn't say if it was ok or not ok - just that he was doing something that he was not doing. Lobbying and consulting are not interchagable -got it? In your efforts to paint any conservative as a bad thing you seem to shoot youself in the foot more often than not.
