WHY THEN DO WE CELEBRATE ON THE 4th! seriously, yeah a declaration without a win would be meaningless but we celebrate INDEPENDENCE DAY ON THE 4th which refers to JULY4, 1776! so here we sit debating something so trival, but the point of the article is about what and why they did it before the victory. why create a government before you have secured the victory. why would they create this de jure government before taking back the reins of government!!! read the article and/or have a good day!
