I'll just say this about Jim Hahn.  I've known him all of my 51+ years.  He was a great friend of my father's all through school.  His father and uncles were all friends of my grandparents.  Honesty and integrity define his very being.  The man man scrapes more class from under his fingernails daily than most people accumulate in a lifetime.  The same went for his late wife, Bebe.  As far as work ethic goes, he'll out work most guys 40 years his junior.

I say, "God speed, Jim Hahn".

At the Forum Saturday, a woman addressed Hahn about the concept of the Legislature being a group of Old White Men over the age of 70. Hahn didn't appreciate it, and during the Forum  break got quite verbal with her.  He did in fact act like a old white man.  Maybe its time for Old White Hahn to retire.

So, how does an old white man act? Do you personally know a lot of old white men? Do they act like one another? If so, in what way? I am very interested in your reply.

Actually there are several such laws.  Two most prominent:

The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (as amended), and

The Civil Rights Act of 1964,  for instance.

These prohibit discrimination by employers based on age or race.  Since we the citizens employ our representatives to represent us, we cannot discriminate because of age or race.

TP was talking about "prejudice" not discrimination.   Try again?

I don't care what the little turd roller was talking about.  I'm talking about prejudice and discrimination based on age and race as exhibited in his original post.
