Anyone get lucky enough to go see or watch the Iowa football game yesterday besides Tom! It was a good game. I had a lot of fun watching it. I think Iowa has proven themselves to be the best 4 loss team in the nation. Actually they were just 12 points away from an unbeaten season. With yesterdays win this season will not be remember for the 4 losses by 12 points but by the win by 1 point over Penn State. |

My father saw the game and has been a die hard Hawkeye fan for MANY years now. All he could say is that they can't seem to beat the smaller weaker teams but can take out the #3 ranked team. I guess it's good my father has been a die hard Hawkeye and Cubs fan all these years. He has learned to handle disappointment very well. So now that us kids are older, we aren't such a disappointment to him. |
