Hey there LMFAO,
embarrasingly so,.... perhaps, but not that he was wrong, but that he wasn't specific enough to get the point across to some. Even the pundits knew what he meant. Article One clearly defines the legislative branch in that it shows how Cheney DOESN"T represent the house nor senate ouitside of a tie vote. Being nonspecific doesn't indicate Biden was wrong. Nondellegation doctrine? The articles both clearly indictate VP Cheney is the one who doesn't understand the constitution and his assertions are the most reckless Jacksonian centralistic notions he has devolved into, since his assertions of the irrelevence in 1992 of going into Iraq vs his 2003 assertions of relevence, the exact oposit, the only thing that changed there was his desire. No sir, Joe Biden like him or not was right, though spoken nonspecifically. Just like the hits he's taken over the comment that, "Roosevelt spoke on TV re: the depression." Even the pundidts were confused for a short time, that is until it was noted that the dpression it'self actually took over the WORLD economy well after the CRASH of 10-29. So considering that in 32 there was TV, Hoover was the first person to be cast over the signwaves before Roosevelt took over the office. Also don't forget that 4 term president presided over the majority of the depression that was in full global swing by his first term, Biden wasn't wrong then either. And, since it took the activities of the winning of WWll to turn the depresion back. Biden was VERY correct.
It isn't clear where you are going with your distain, but know this, this nation is in trouble big time. The wreckless trade activities and major tax credits to the wealthiest 10% of the previous 14 years of republican congressional control along with a like minded repub. pres. is why we are now in the deep financial abyss. Not Biden not obama, not even McCaine per se' No sir, we are in this mess because the NON veto president allowed every major corp. in this nation to massively exodus nearly 9 million good paying jobs in the name of SUPER profits. Never in the history of this nation has Corporate America reeped so much. Not just in dollars but in power and more importantly, PERCENTAGES. Only after the dems took a very slim majority(see 2 thirds) has he vetoed anything. Given that Bush calls this the most inefective congress in 50 years, it's so easy to understand why. more giveaways, more job losses(bad to worse economy) are his bane. That's so stupid of him to say. That's like taking your car to a garage to repair it's troubles but only allowing the mechanic to fix one of many problems, then blame the mechanic for not fixing your car once it stalls next. His veto arm has been spinning like celing fan since the dems took that tiny majority. Get it? McCaine CANNOT DISTANCE HIMSELF FROM THIS GUY NOW. I like Mac, I actually liked Bush and I really like Palin, but not as the leaders of this nation. Who the hell turned our elction process into this idolizing gameshow. "Wink wink. You betcha and My friends"......don't make a leader nor indicate that they can lead. Good ole boys like Bush and Good speakers like Reagan, don't make nor indicate they are great leaders.
This is so simple, if you have a smile on your face when you leave a gas staion, the grocer, the pharmacy, the optitician, insurance office, hospital the employment office your mailbox and so on............then please vote republican this election. You are too stupid or too wealthy to understand or know better. If you are frowning once you drop your paycheck in a bottomless pit each week and get next to nothing back, then forget the gafs and mistatements and vote Democratic. Look folks, in the past 48 years this nation has seen two democrats in office. Add it up. Even under the so called "TAX & SPEND" dems the wealthy still got richer and our nation prospered. Poor Carter didn't stand a HOOVER'S chance in 76, truly inheriting a fast aproching recession and the trickle down Regan and Bush years set the tone for the mess we are in today. Give the most to those who control 90% of the wealth and see if it trickles down to the rest of the 270 million of us at the bottom. That's republicanism pure and simple. If you want to afect real change, then hand those breaks to the less fortunate and let it trickle up for once. That actually works folks, and it works because the least of us spend the most. The middle... IS THE ECONOMY. Bleed out the middle and the rest eventually go down too. See our economy today. Vote for working America this election, not Reagan's, Bush' and McCaine's versions of America. Don't forget, Bush stood in front of the camera during the 2000 capaign and said that oil at $31.00 a barrel was Clinton's fault. $1.79 a gallon, in July 0f 2000 was "Clinton's fault." Said Bush. Now 8 years later oil peaked at $142.00, gassoline hit $4.00. But it's not Bush fault. Good lord folks get it right this election NO MORE REPUBLICANS PLEASE. They just don't get it. and never did.
