I agree everyone should recycle.  We had 5 people, now 4, living in our house and we usually have 1 or 2 kitchen trash bags a week. We recycle everything we can. I also agree with the sloppiness and how full the bins are.  It isn't always convenient to take things to the recycle bins (love my hubby's truck), but I am not sure curbside is the way to go,.....only because that would be another fee on our bill!!
