Every one always wants to blame Machlink when there is a problem. They didn't just decide to turn off everyones email . Unforseen problems happen with every thing. Machlink can't sit and answer phone calls from everyone that calls or they would never have time to fix the issues they are having. They worked around the clock to get everyone up and running again. All of you that complain about changing internet companies, go ahead and do so. See if the new company you change to is better, instead of blaming Machlink and complaining about it. Every time I have ever had an issue I call and they walk me through the issue to try to figure it out for me. I have nothing but the highest reguards for the Machlink crew.

MPW doesn't know a dang thing when it comes to communications.  Maybe if they would hire a crew that knew what they were doing would help.  Theres only 2 people there that know what there doing when it comes to computers.  I have several friends that work there and they have the same opinion about the communications department at Machlink.  They work around the clock cause there not that bright up there and it's a BUSINESS that has to provide the service that we pay for.  Well that you pay for cause I'm changing to DSL from QWest.  Tired of all the BS and excuses Machlink comes up with.  They internet and email has more downtime then uptime anymore. 

 

See MPW is still using the excuse to reset the modem.  I was sick of the problems with having to reset the modem once a day,  so went and bought my own.  Since then I've had to reset the new modem ZERO times.  Machlink cuts too many corners and pushes junk technology onto there customers. They charge outrageous prices for crappy Internet and customer service.   I suppose there still blaming virus programs also!  

 

For those of you receiving a ungodly amount of SPAM,  you can blame Machlink.  I've been told by several people there that said Machlinks Email Sever gets clogged with SPAM and there way to get rid of it,  is to push it off to machlink email address's.  I've seen first hand what there talking about now.  We have 3 machlink email address's and the address get's bombarded with SPAM on different days.  Before the problems yesterday we were getting close to 200 SPAM in our main machlink account.  Well after checking that yesterday we only got 15 SPAM.  Then I check another account yesterday and got 150 SPAM.  Then I check that same account today and there's 355 NEW SPAM in it.  Funny how they change what email address get's plastered with SPAM for the day.     

Well, I went from MPW to Qwest and back to MPW. With Qwest I was getting tired of talking to some yoohoo in South Sukistan I couldn't understand, who thought my problem was rodents, (rats). MPW people are at least polite and here.

 

I heard the only two people at MPW who know anything about computers moved to South Sukistan.
