you all on my not smoking lifestyle..about 2 weeks ago i decided to give up the cancer sticks for good, and did it cold turkey..and i am happy to report that i am still going strong without the stogies..Cold turkey was hard i admit, but it helped not to get addicted to a replacement nicotine. I cant believe after 17 yrs i quit like that but i wanted it this time. At only 32 i have awhile to live and i don't want to do it gasping for air..Thanks to all who gave good thoughts and if anyone decides to enter in to the non smoking world, ill be there to support you..

Congrats
That is great to hear and i know you will feel the results in no time. It can be very hard to quit smoking, I never was a smoker but know many who are, and it is tough. You should feel very proud.

I quit smoking too
Good job, I am 59 and smoked for 42 years, and quit in October of 2007. I quit by praying every couple of hours. God really helped me.
