Gotta side with SV on this one

I have actually seen a few pot smokers where it helped them. I know a person that smokes pot to relieve pain from an incurable disease they have.
I know another person who should be on anti-depressants but smokes pot instead.
Gateway drug? I know people who smoke, but will not drink or do other drugs. Actually I think alcohol can do more damage than smoking pot. Sometimes pot is the only alternative for people who can't afford exspensive perscriptions.
Do I think smoking is wrong? Sure. But I also think some perscriptions drugs are way more addicting that pot. Pot ain't nothing compared to the drugs doctors hand out now.

I can regurgitate the same ole bs too, but it does not make it fact!millions of people suffer because of the people that insist on propelling the lies that have been spread to help make it illegal. More reefer madness right! and there was WMD's right. C'mon! what about alcohol, it too ruins lives, yet it is free. So only one type of high is allowed. A M E R I C A -the land of the free, unless you like to do drugs! then you can be arrested, lose your right to vote! Hmmmmm, well I do not need uncle sam protecting me from drugs. I do need him protecting our children from predators. From gangs in inner cities that bank roll there organization thru black market drugs. then there is the whole municipals use of marijuana. So tired of hearing that drugs are bad for me, so is alcohol, so what. good reason to lock people up in prison, cause drugs are bad! prohibition does not work! Let's band cigs and alcohol and see what happens. people have a right to be free to make there own choice, unless your choice is to use drugs. what say you!!!!

How will it help the Kids? Like having drug free parents would just be an alful thing.

Pot is a gateway drug...... Period. Check out what the experts say and get back to me. Having dealt with rehab counslers and their patents, I can assure you it is very much a gateway drug.
