At our last Association Meeting Santa Ana Policemen (E. Esparza and J. B. Gonzalez) agreed to talk with neighbors who had been ''less than quiet'' with the Stereos in their cars. They (the Police) have addressed our concerns with those persons. I have seen a great difference in the neighborhood since then. Do any of you know who the other Car owners are who drive through the neighborhood with their Stereos ''cranked-up'' ?. Please let us know.
