Neighborhood Watch Signs

At the September 22nd Association meeting, the question was raised as to whether or not Neighborhood Watch (COP) signs could be installed in the absence of program training. 

Unfortunately, Code Enforcement will not install the signs without the training.  As stated in the meeting minutes, the Neighborhood Watch Program has not been instituted because of the lack of interest on the part of residents to serve as Block Captains and take the prerequisite training.
