Lessening of neighborhood tensions, and combating community deterioration and juvenile deliquency, by: providing a forum for public discussion of problems affecting the Morgan Park - Smithville neighborhood. As well as informing residents of the Morgan Park - Smithville neighborhood on subject useful to them and beneficial to the community.
