The low price was $239,900 back in March and the highest was $297,500 in October and December. This works out to be 93.3% of asking price with an average time on market of 24 days. So far in 2004, 1 house has sold for $275,000. This house sold in 2 days for 101.9% of asking price. There is also 1 house that just came on the market. The listing price is $319,900.
