I walk out to take my trash out, but my garbage cans are full.  Not with my trash one of my neighbors(do not know who).  Not only were my cans full, there was x-mas garbage all over the alley mostly along side my garage.  Why don't some neighbors take the time to dig there cans out of the snow and not fill mine.  Sorry had to vent about this...

I totally agree, it has happened to us too.   Our neighbors have not shoveled around their garbarge cans nor cleared the lids.

I am sorry too to hear that we have neighbors that are either lazy, rude or down right inconciderate. Or all of the above. If it keeps being a problem, I would suggest moving the containers. I know this is a pain but it may help. I also belive, and I think we discussed this earlier this year, it is a crime for anyone to mess with your garbage. Sounds odd but it is true of the people who "dumpster dive". I would assume it is for the rude and lazy and inconciderate who think your cans are theirs to use.

We thought about moving them into our yard, but since it's winter we have no set day that the garbage gets picked up.    If we do move them into the yard, we're not  usually home when the trucks come around so we can't make that quick dash to put them in the alley for pickup.
