I would like to add that if trash carts are not dug out of the snow and very accessable to the trash people the garbage will NOT be picked up.

Also there are already properties in the neighborhood which refuse to shovel where the mail carrier will NOT deliver to. It is up to the carriers discretion as to if they will deliver or not if the walk and steps are not shoveled or allowed to ice up.
