I am very concerned about this. Let's get all the violations up to date and have a much nicer neighborhood. How do we submit violations?

May I assume, that before anyone complains to the board or city about perceived violatons, they have at "LEAST" had the common courtesy of speaking to the offending violator?

I'm glad that I found this web site, but it seems that either very few are interested or dont' know about the site. Someone should try to get the word out.

I think that the purpose of having a board is to have a safe and impartial mechanism for reporting covenant violations so that an individual does not need to become confrontational about a perceived violation. I doubt that violations would ever be resolved if neighbors had to risk stirring things up with neighbors that they would rather remain friendly with.
