As a Cottonwood resident, I can tell you that I am reading this. I personally think having information about our community online is a very effective way to communicate. I would not like to see it replace the newsletter, however, as many people are not online and still need to hear what is going on in the neighborhood.

How to Publicize This Site

You're absolutely right, we need to get the message out to our entire neighborhood about this site so everyone can participate. I would suggest putting an article in our newsletter and also displaying our web address prominently in the newsletter in every issue. We should also announce the web site at our neighborhood meeting. And lastly, word of mouth. Let's tell everyone we know to visit this site.
