On Tuesday, April 3, 2007, we ( 8 members of the Memorial Heights Neighborhood Association) went before the Zoning Commissioners, and voiced our concerns regarding Zoning Case # Z2007151. In essence, we spoke and said, '' ABSOLUTELY NO'' to the applicant requesting a change in zoning from ''R-6'' Residential Single Family District to ''MF-33'' Multi Family District on 135 N.W. 34th Street. As concerned and involved citizens, registered voters, we need to say keep saying NO to multi family apartments and town houses. For years we have fought adamantly against multi family dwelling and one reason is that we have within our boundaries over 8 apartments. Enough is Enough and we need to continue advocating for our neighborhood, family, and children.
